Anyone wanting to get into Athletics that isn't currently in athletics has to see Coach Schultz at B103 in the morning or the gym after lunch.  You cannot get into athletics without visiting with Coach Schultz.

The Spanish Club will not meet this Wednesday.  Members need to come by  C201 and get a permission slip to go to Gringo´s on May 18 after school.

Seniors - There are two new scholarships that have come available in the counselor’s office.  The Martha Pearson Memorial Scholarship is for students who have participated in the choir program at Needville. The Richmond American Legion Post 567 is open to all seniors. Applications for both are available in the counselor’s office and have a due date of May 18th.

Students – If you are going to the DPS to get your driver’s license or permit or renew your license please stop by Mrs. Reyes’ office by Friday, May 18th and sign up for a V.O.E. It will be dated the last week of school and will be valid all summer

The TAFE and Ready, Set, Teach Banquet will be held Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 pm in the high school cafeteria. All TAFE members and Ready Set Teach students are encouraged to attend. Join us as we thank cooperative teachers and administrators and take a look at all the wonderful accomplishments our future educators have made this year.  Please RSVP with Ms. Brenton so she can get a count for food. See you at the Banquet!

Students – you will need an ID to be exempt. If you do not have one you will need to see  Mrs. Arrambide in the front office before or after school or during lunch. ID badges will NOT be  made in between classes. Badges are $3.00.

The Needville High School Choirs will present their final spring concert this Thursday evening, May 17th, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Besides a wide variety of musical entertainment, the program will also be presented as a tribute to Jackie Cruz.  There is no admission charge for this concert. Please come out and support our fine choirs.

Students: If you want your final report card mailed; please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mrs. Landry ; before the last day of school. All other report cards can be picked up starting Thursday June 7th, 2018.

Attn Class of 2019 students: The Class of 2018 will host a ProGrad kick-off meeting for you on Tuesday, May 22nd in the LGI at 7 pm. This meeting is open to all 2019 seniors, parents, and guardians of the 2019 seniors. Please spread the word.

The high school choirs are selling decals in honor of Jackie Cruz.  They are $5 each and the proceeds will go to her family. The decals can be purchased from a choir member, Dr. Bell, or Mr. Petrisky.

TOMORROW will be the last meeting for the year for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  Come join us as the graduating seniors will share a devotional and worship.  See you this Friday, May 11th at 7:20 am in the LGI Room.

Attention Seniors:  Please come by the counselor’s office to pick up your Bell Award nomination form.  This is open to any senior, and it is a way to recognize and reward a teacher from any grade level at Needville ISD for influencing your life.  The nomination forms are due to the counselors by TODAY, May 4th. 

Do you need a summer job?  Needville ISD is hiring for summer help positions, so pick up an application at the front desk. Deadline to turn in is May 7th.  

Students who have signed up to take AP Tests: Please remember that you must pay Mrs. Orsak for the tests before you take them.  Tests begin on May 8th.  Please take care of your payment.

Attention UIL Academic students: The PTA banquet is Thursday, May 10. In order to get your meal ticket, you must turn in your invitation to Mrs. Reyes in the front office by Monday, May 7. Additional tickets may be purchased from Mrs. Reyes.

Reminder to students who live out of district. Your transfer forms are due to Mrs. Reyes TODAY. Remember you cannot come to Needville High School next year if this form is not turned in.
